1. Non-Refundable Items
Please note that perishable items such as:

are non-refundable due to their delicate and time-sensitive nature.
2. Replacement for Damaged Perishables
In the rare case that a perishable item is delivered in poor or damaged condition, we offer a replacement only (no cash refund).
To qualify for a replacement:

The issue must be reported within 2 hours of delivery.

Claims made after 12 hours of delivery will not be entertained.
We encourage customers to share photographic evidence when reporting quality issues to expedite the replacement process.
3. Order Cancellation & Refund
We offer a 100% refund if an order is cancelled at least 24 hours prior to the delivery time, and the item has not yet been prepared or dispatched.
