Refund & Exchange Policy –  Gift Shop PK

At Gift Shop PK, we value your comfort and satisfaction. To ensure a smooth shopping experience, we offer a refund and exchange policy under the following conditions:

  1. Perishable Items:
    Items such as cakes, flowers, chocolates, and fruits are non-refundable.

  2. Damaged Perishable Items:
    If any perishable item is received in poor condition during delivery, it can be returned for replacement only.

    • Complaints regarding fresh items must be made within 2 hours of delivery.

    • Complaints made after 12 hours of delivery cannot be facilitated.

  3. Order Cancellation:
    We offer a 100% refund if the customer cancels the order at least 24 hours before delivery (if the order has not been prepared).

    • Refunds will be processed within 15 working days of cancellation.
