Delivery Details:
Our Standard Free Delivery timing is 12 PM to 10:00 PM as mentioned on the front page of our website. Your gifts will be delivered any time within this slot.
In some cities, midnight delivery is available.
For same-day free delivery, if you order before 2 PM Pakistan time, delivery cut-off timing for same-day delivery will be till 10:30 PM.
Time-specific deliveries are available. If you have timing requirements, please order at least 24 hours in advance. Extra delivery charges will apply.
In the rare case of a delay of more than 30 minutes in time-specific delivery, only the delivery charges will be refunded.
Unfortunately, due to traffic jams, supplier delays, law and order issues, or rainy weather, we cannot guarantee delivery timing, though we will try our best to deliver within delivery hours.
On events/holidays (Eid, New Year, Mother’s Day, Valentine’s Day, etc.) our standard delivery timing is 11 AM to 11 PM. We do not take orders for time-specific or midnight delivery during occasions and events.
Our customer service representatives will guide you with your queries. During rush hours, Namaz, lunch or tea breaks, you may leave a message — our representative will respond as soon as they are available.

We have same-day, day-specific, and hour-specific service only in Karachi, Lahore, Islamabad, and Rawalpindi main areas.
Same-day delivery is available for these cities on orders before 2 PM Pakistan time.
After 2 PM, please contact us — if delivery is possible, we will accept the order with additional delivery charges.
For other areas & same-day delivery after 2 PM, please contact our customer service.
To ensure the freshest products, we will make every effort to deliver the specified item. In some cases, florists may substitute a similar container or flowers.
Pictures are for guidance purposes. We cover more than 158 cities in Pakistan, and every city has its own presentation style for cakes, flowers, or fruit baskets. Actual products may differ from pictures. However, we fully guarantee the quality and quantity mentioned on our website.
Customers can give special instructions as a request in the order form regarding delivery timings, cake flavors, messages, fruit choices, etc. However, we do not guarantee fulfilling these requests, and no refund or cancellation is possible if requests are not met.
Delivery in other cities is available only to main city areas. Non-perishable items like perfumes, clothes, wallets, dry fruits, chocolates, and artificial flowers can be delivered via courier. Delivery takes 5–7 days, dates cannot be fixed, and delivery charges apply.
A refund is only possible if we fail to deliver your item.
If your order is on hold due to incorrect address or non-working contact number, a refund will not be offered. The item will be redelivered the next day. This voids all warranties on product quality, as items lose freshness in storage.
Troubles in Delivery:
If the receiver’s contact number is invalid, not responding, or incorrect, or if the address is incomplete, your order may be wasted. We cannot refund or re-deliver perishable items in such cases.
In many areas, house/street numbers are unclear or not in sequence. A valid working receiver contact number is mandatory for surprise or normal deliveries.
If the area/city selected on the website is different from the actual address, The Giftex will not accept responsibility for non-delivery or refund.
